All conference sessions will take place on-site, making it easy to move from learning to networking without ever leaving the property. We encourage attendees to stay at the host hotel to maximize networking opportunities and help support the Society’s contracted room block.

The group rate is available until the cutoff date or until the block sells out, whichever comes first.

After the cutoff date, availability and group rate cannot be guaranteed.

At check-in, each guest must present a major credit card accepted by the hotel.

The hotel may place a hold on the card in accordance with standard procedures or process a prepayment for estimated charges if prepayment has not already been made.

The hotel does not own the parking lots or garages. Self-parking is available at various surface lots and garages within a block of the hotel.
