2026 Annual Meeting Registration
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
General Information
- Registration Fees:
- The rates will increase on Oct 12th, 2026.
- Registration includes membership dues for 1 year (Oct 1, 2026 through Sept 30, 2027).
- Registration includes the President’s Dinner on Wednesday.
- Exhibitor registration includes Meeting Registration and Sustaining Membership dues for one person.
- Additional Information:
- Students — see this webpage regarding Conference Stipends. Note: if you bring a significant other, then you are responsible for your hotel room.
- Exhibitors — the booth space is 8′ by 10′. Included is a 6 foot table. If you need electrical hookup, then be sure to specify that on the registration form.
